If it wasn't obvious in the two words above...note the sarcasm. I don't think Mondays should start until 11 am when we have all fully awaken and have recovered from the weekend. The weekend where we all SAY that we're going to get a lot accomplished and just relax from the stressful week. Does anyone ever do that? Last I checked the coworker who relaxed all weekend usually gets the stink eye.
Not to ramble on about Mondays but mine most certainly did not start off as "happy." Nothing like coming into work 30 minutes early, on a Monday no less, and getting glares from your boss. Sigh. Then the whole upstairs goes into a tizzy looking for a chart you SWORE you processed over 8 days ago. Perhaps it was just a sign of the week to come. (quickly finds wood to knock on).
I don't consider myself much of a materialistic person but it took an upgraded phone, a laptop and new sheets to remind myself how sometimes you just have to have the newest toys. I entered into the new world of digital tech by scrolling my finger across a plastic screen having been blissfully unaware of these inventions over the past four years. My old phone did what a dictionary would describe a phone as doing, answered calls.
I'm not quite certain where this blogging adventure will go. Whether it will be a satirical look at every day life, a vomiting experience of the days events or informative information to an invisible audience. Perhaps its more fun to imagine a large group of people anxiously awaiting at their desks for the latest spewings of my mind. Funny how some simple key strokes can be therapeutic.
